摘 要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,NET-1)及内皮素受体B(endothelin receptor B,EDNRB)含量变化与COPD发生的关系;这两项指标之间的相关性以及吸烟是否会影响血浆中ET-1及EDNRB的浓度发生变化。方法采用ELISA法测定血浆ET-1、EDNRB的含量。结果 COPD患者急性加重期血浆中ET-1和EDNRB的浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),ET-1与EDNRB含量经统计学处理呈正相关(r=0.284,P<0.05)。吸烟与非吸烟组ET-1和EDNRB血浆含量的变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ET-1、EDNRB是参与COPD急性期发病过程的重要因素。Objective To study the plasma levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and endothelin receptor B (EDNRB) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). To investigate whether smoking will lead alterations of ET-1 and EDNRB. Methods ET-1 and EDNRB in plasma were measured by ELISA. Results Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD demonstrated higher plasma levels of ET-1 and EDNRB than healthy subjects ( P 〈 0.05 ). The changes of plasma ET-1 were positively correlated with EDNRB (r = 0.284 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Smoking did not lead to significant alterations in ET-1 and EDNRB. Conclusion ET-1 and EDNRB are likely involved in acute phase of COPD.
