摘　　要：从实验鱼类、暴露系统、暴露方式、评价指标四个方面对国内外环境雌激素的实验室暴露研究方法进行了介绍,为环境雌激素的暴露机制、毒性机理及雌激素效应的研究提供了理论依据和实验指导。In this paper,the methods of laboratory studies on fish exposure to environmental estrogens were reviewed,which included experimental fish,exposure mode,exposure system and endpoints. The good design of laboratory exposure experiments would provide theoretical basis and experimental guideline for the study on the exposure mechanism, toxicity and estrogenic effect of environmental estrogens.
