摘  要:目的:探讨脑发育性静脉异常(DVA)的低场强磁共振表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院5例DVA的磁共振平扫及增强表现,研究其引流静脉及髓静脉信号特点。结果:5例DVA中平扫有2例异常粗大的引流静脉得以显示,其在T1WI上均为低信号,在T2WI上1例为低信号,1例为高信号,髓静脉未能显示。增强扫描5例均显示了引流静脉及髓静脉,其中两例呈典型的水母头征,另外3例分别显示了引流静脉和邻近的髓静脉。结论:在低场强磁共振上DVA有着不同于高场磁共振的特点。Objective:To investigate the performance and diagnostic value of developmental venous anomaly(DVA) in low-field MR.Methods:Five patients were retrospectively analyzed the DVA features by scan and enhance MRI,an evaluation the displaying signal characteristics of draining veins and medullary veins.Results:There are two large draining veins cases can be shown,two cases were the low signal on T1WI,and one case of low signal and one for the high signal on T2WI,it fails to show the medullary veins.5 cases post-contrasted MRI displayed the markedly enhanced draining veins and medullary veins,which 2 cases showed the typical sign of jellyfish,and three cases showed a draining vein and the adjacent medullary veins.Conclusion:The DVA has different characteristics in low field MR and in high-field MR.
