摘 要:目的通过对猪肺动脉和支气管折射率的测量为经人体支气管测量肺动脉血氧饱和度奠定实验基础。方法基于光纤传输的全反射原理,采用石英棒作为光纤纤芯,生物组织作为包层,测量猪支气管和肺动脉的折射率。结果在波长为635 nm的红光作用下,肺动脉折射率为1.4274±0.0016,支气管折射率为1.4036±0.0022;在波长为473 nm的蓝光作用下,肺动脉折射率为1.4377±0.0019,支气管折射率为1.4152±0.0015。结论猪器官和人器官具有较高的相似性,把猪组织作为人体组织模型测量肺动脉和支气管组织的折射率,在两个波长点测量,得到的两种猪组织的折射率结果显示,两种生物组织都具有正色散特性。Objective Refractive index is an important physical parameter for optical properties of biological tissue,and to understand photon transmission characteristics in the biological tissue.The experimental result is the basis of detecting human pulmonary arterial oxygen saturation via bronchus. Methods The quartz rod was used as fiber core and the biological tissue as cladding to measure the refractive index of pig bronchus and pulmonary artery basing on the total reflection principles of optical fiber transmission. Results Experimental results:under the effect of the red light of 635 nm wavelength,the refractive index of pulmonary artery was 1.4274±0.0016 and the refractive index of bronchus was 1.4036±0.0022;under the effect of the blue light of 473 nm,the above both indices were 1.4377±0.0019 and 1.4152±0.0015,respectively. Conclusions Because pig organs are similar to human organs,they can be used as a human tissue model to measure the refractive indices. The two-point measurements of wavelength can obtain the refractive indices for two kinds of pig tissues,as a result the two kinds of biological tissues have normal dispersion.
