强脉冲光治疗雀斑、面部毛细血管扩张症及脱毛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨强脉冲光治疗雀斑、面部毛细血管扩张症及脱毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法以波长为560～1 200 nm、185～1 200 nm和640～1 200 nm强脉冲光分别治疗雀斑35例、面部毛细血管扩张症32例和脱毛33例,每3周治疗1次,5次为1疗程,随访3个月,根据皮损的改善程度综合评价疗效,并记录不良反应。结果雀斑、面部毛细血管扩张症及脱毛的总有效率分别为94.3%、65.6%和84.8%。5例毛细血管扩张治疗无效,3例为严重毛细血管扩张,2例为酒渣鼻(Ⅱ期);2例多毛症患者治疗无效,均为唇上毛。2例肤色较黑的雀斑患者发际处有轻度灼伤,灼伤处于治疗2周后出现色素沉着。结论强脉冲光治疗雀斑、面部毛细血管扩张症及脱毛的疗效好,安全性高,选择合适治疗参数是取得较好疗效的关键。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and the safety of domestic photorejuvenation on freckle,telangiectasia of face and polytrichosis. Methods Thirty-five cases with freckle,32 with telangiectasia of the face and 33 cases with polytrichosis were treated with photorejuvenation of follow-up 1 time per 3 weeks,5 times per treatment course,and with 3 months.The efficacy on alleviation of skin lesions was evaluated and the adverse reations were recorded. Results The total effective rate of freckle,telangiectasia of face and polytrichosis was 94.3%,65.6%and 84.8%,respectively. Five telangiectasia patients（3 with severe degree telangiectasia of the face,and 2 with acne rosacea stageⅡ） and 2 polytrichosis patients with labial hair were failed;2 freckle patients with darker skin color had a mild burn on the hair line,which became pigmentation 2 weeks after treatment. Conclusions The curative effect of photorejuvenation of freckle,telangiectasia of face and polytrichosis is good,with high safety,The key of the good curative effect is to choice the appropriate treatment parameters.
