摘　　要：目的观察半导体激光照射联合Maitland手法治疗非特异性下背痛的临床疗效。方法非特异性下背痛患者60例随机分为A组和B组各30例,A组采用半导体激光联合Maitland手法,B组则只行Maitland手法。治疗前后采用JOA下腰痛评估表评价患者的腰椎功能状况和临床疗效。结果治疗前2组患者JOA下背痛评分差异无统计学意义;治疗后2组JOA评分与治疗前比较均有提高(P<0.01)A组明显高于B组(P<0.05);临床疗效比较,A组治愈率及有效率均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光照射联合Maitland手法治疗非特异性下腰痛临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the influences of diode laser radiation and Maitland technique on treatment of nonspecific low back pain （NLBP）. Methods Sixty patients with NLBP were randomly divided into group A（n=30） treated by diode laser radiation with Maitland technique and group B（n = 30） only receiving Maitland technique.The lumbar function was assessed with JOA scale before and after treatment. Results The scores for the lumbar vertebral function had no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment. The scores obtained in the group A post-treatment,as well as the improvement index,were distinctly higher than that in the group B（P0.01）. Conclusions The rehabilitation effects and the mechanical effect of diode laser radiation and Maitland technique are satisfactory.
