摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流术(vacuum sealing drainge,VSD)治疗电烧伤创面的疗效。方法选择134例电烧伤患者,分为VSD组和换药组进行回顾性分析。结果 VSD组创面清洁时间为5～10天,Ⅱ期手术皮片优成活率96.7%。对照组创面清洁时间10～20天,皮片优成活率69.9%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 VSD对电烧伤创面清洁作用和术后皮片成活率较传统换药效果好,为创面修复创造了良好的植皮条件。Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technique on the management of electrical burn wounds.Methods A retrospective analysis was done for 134 electrical burned patients.They were divided into experimental group（VSD） and control group（dressing）.The curative effect between two groups were observed and compared.Results The wounds cleaning time was 5-10 days,skin graft survival rate was 96.7% in experimental group,while the wound cleaning time was 10-20 days,skin graft survival rate was 69.9% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The effect of VSD in cleaning wound is better than that of traditional therapy.It could create a good condition for skin grafting.
