Cox-2与合并慢性活动性乙型肝炎的肝细胞癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2)基因在合并慢性活动性乙型肝炎的人肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表达情况,探讨及其与肝癌的相关性。方法选择52例有完整随访资料的肝细胞癌及相应癌旁组织标本,用RT-PCR方法检测Cox-2 mRNA的表达情况。结果①肝癌中Cox-2 mRNA的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);②肝癌组织及癌旁组织中,AFP≥400ng/ml的Cox-2表达明显高于AFP<400ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③有肝外转移的肝癌组织Cox-2表达高于无肝外转移的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cox-2基因表达上调是肝癌重要的恶性生物学指标,有助于合理评估临床转归,指导治疗。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase - 2（ Cox - 2） in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） with chronic active hepatitis B and discuss their relationship. Methods RT - PCR was used to detect Cox - 2 mRNA expression in samples of HCC and corresponding adjacent liver tissue in 52 cases with HCC. Results （1） The level of Cox - 2 expression in HCC was significantly higher than that in adjacent liver tissue （P 〈 0.05）. （2） In samples of HCC and corresponding adjacent liver tissue, the level of Cox - 2 expression with AFP≥400ng/ml was higher than that with AFP 〈 400ng/ml, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） The level of Cox - 2 expression with extra - hepatic metastasis was higher than that with non - extrahepatic - metastasis, and the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Cox - 2 gene expression up - graduating is an important malignant biological marker of HCC, which is helpful for assessing clinical outcome rationally and guiding therapy.
