摘　　要：目的介绍经前臂后内侧入路修复桡神经深支损伤的手术方法,并探讨其疗效。方法前臂桡神经深支损伤患者16例,男14例,女2例;年龄18-52岁,平均30岁。损伤原因:切割伤14例,手术损伤1例,桡骨骨折1例。病程1 h,2个月,平均14天。结果术后随访5-14个月,优(M_4)12例,良(M_3)3例,可(M_2)1例。结论经前臂后内侧入路治疗桡神经深支损伤,手术简洁、视野清晰、效果满意。Objective To introduce the operation method of repairing injured deep branch of the radial nerve via the forearm posterior-internal approach and evaluate the treatment outcome. Methods We treated the injured deep branch of the radial nerve 16 cases （male 14 cases, female 2 cases, age 18 52, average age 30） with incised injury 14 cases, operative injure 1 case and radial fracture 1 case. Pathogenesis was 1 hour to 2 months, average 14 days. Results Following up post-operation for 5 N 14 months, treatment effect assessment was excellent （ M4） 12 cases, good （ M3 ） 3 cases and fair （ M2 ） 1 case. Conclusion The repairing injured deep branch of the radial nerve via the forearm posterior-internal approach is a convenient operation approach, with clear visual field and good effect.
