摘  要:为研究发射药在膛内的燃烧规律,采用微波干涉仪、压电测试系统、30mm高压滑膛火炮建立了发射药膛内燃烧规律测试系统,并进行了相关试验。依据经典内弹道理论假设,建立了微波测试曲线处理方法,并对试验数据进行了处理。结果表明,实测膛底最大压力345.4MPa,用微波试验计算出的最大膛底压力为341M Pa,实测膛底压力曲线与由微波试验计算所得曲线能够较好地吻合。发射药膛内燃烧u-p曲线较爆发器中的平缓,发射药燃速与爆发器中的燃速相当。所建立的微波测试试验数据处理方法能够较好地反映发射药在火炮中的燃烧过程,5/7单基发射药在火炮中的燃烧规律与指数式燃烧公式有一定的偏离。In order to study the burning rules of gun propellant in powder chamber, testing system was founded by microwave interferometer, pressure testing system by piezoelectricity sensors and 30mm artillery and the experiment done. The experimentation processing method was founded based on classical interior ballistic hypothetic and the experiment data processing done. The results showed that the maximum pressure was 345.4MPa for pressure test and 341MPa for calculation by microwave interferometer. The test curves were inosculated with calculated curves by microwave interferometer test. The u-p curves of gun propellant burning in powder chamber reveal slow bend. The burning rate approaches that obtained by closed bomb. The burning rules of gun propellant in powder chamber obtained by the experimentation processing method reflect the combustion process in gun of gun propellant. The burning rules of 5/7 single base propellant in powder chamber was different to curve obtained by the burning formula with exponential.
