摘　　要：旅游概念规划是近年来出现于旅游规划领域的新生事物,其产生于城市与区域规划领域中的概念规划,并与旅游规划融合而来,以此适应迅速变化的旅游业市场。本文从旅游规划体系的问题诊断及发展趋势入题,简要探讨了旅游概念规划的兴起与发展。在前人研究的基础上,深入探讨旅游概念规划的概念体系,并将其概念进行重新界定,得出旅游概念规划是"规划"与"研究"统一体的性质,其宏观战略性、意向功效性、"研""规"并重性、灵活普适性、创新研究性的特征决定了旅游概念规划宏观把握、中观引导、微观操作的功能,并在此前提下分析了旅游概念规划与相关规划的关系及其应用领域。随着旅游概念规划概念体系、理论体系、编制体系、内容体系、技术方法体系以及评价体系的逐渐完善,其在未来旅游规划业发展中的地位将逐渐凸显,并最终起到完善旅游规划体系的作用。Tourism in recent years the concept of planning is a new thing in the field of tourism planning,which arise in the field of urban and regional planning in the conceptual planning,and comes with the integration of tourism planning as a means to adapt to rapidly changing tourism market.Articles from the issue of tourism planning system,the diagnosis and the development trend into the title,briefly discusses the rise of tourism planning and development of the concept.In previous studies,based on the depth Tourism Concept Plan The concept of system,and the concept re-defined the concept of tourism planning is derived＂planning＂and＂research＂unity of nature and its overall strategic intention of the effectiveness of sex,＂study＂＂rules＂equal emphasis on nature,flexible and universal,and innovative research of the characteristics of the decision of the tourist to grasp the concept of planning the macro,meso guidance,micro-operations functions,and in this context analysis of the concept of planning and related tourism the relationship between planning and its applications.With the concept of tourism conceptual planning system,theoretical system,the preparation system,content system,technology,methodology and evaluation system,the gradual improvement of tourism planning in the future development of the status of the industry will gradually highlight,and ultimately improve the travel planning system has played effect.
