摘 要:目的探讨结核患者异烟肼唾液浓度与血药浓度的相关性。方法选择长沙市中心医院2007年9月至2009年3月住院患者202例,服药达稳态血药浓度后,采集肘静脉血2ml,并同时收集自然状态下分泌的唾液1ml,用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定唾液浓度与血药浓度。结果异烟肼血清浓度与唾液浓度的回归方程分别为C=1.34×10-5A-0.25(r=0.9958)和C=4.07×10-6A-0.30(r=0.9921)。异烟肼唾液浓度与血药浓度回归方程为Y=2.54×10-1X-1.09×10-2(n=202,r=0.8985,P<0.01),其比值为(24.89±3.90)%。结论异烟肼唾液浓度与血药浓度具有显著的相关性,可以用唾液代替血清对异烟肼作治疗药物监测;异烟肼唾液/血清药物浓度比不受性别、年龄影响,其间无相关性。Objective To study the correlation of isoniazid concentrations between saliva and serum in patients with epilepsy.Methods 202 patients in Central Hospital of Changsha between Sep.2007 and Mar.2009 were selected,At the steady drug concentration,2.0 ml of blood samples was obtained by phlebotomy and 1.0 ml of saliva samples was collected at the same time.Serum and salivary isoniazid concentrations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Linear regression analysis was made of the isoniazid concentration(C)and the peak area(A).The regression equation of the serum concentration and saliva concentration was C=1.34×10-5A-0.25(r=0.9958)and C=4.07×10-6A-0.30(r=0.9921),The correlation between the isoniazid serum concentration(X)and saliva concentration(Y)was Y=2.54×10-1X-1.09×10-2(n=202,r=0.8985,P0.01).The mean saliva/serum isoniazid concentration ratio was(24.89±3.90)%。Conculsion A significant positive correlation was found between isoniazid serum and saliva concentrations.The saliva sample may be a useful alternative to serum for therapeutic drug monitoring of isoniazid treatment.The isoniazid saliva /serum drug concentration ratio is not related to gender or age.
