高效液相色谱法测定盐酸异丙嗪片含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸异丙嗪片的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为水〔用冰醋酸调节pH(2.25±0.05)-甲醇(51∶49〕,检测波长为254nm。结果盐酸异丙嗪在4.05～40.50μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,Y=115.767X+14.409,r=0.9998(n=7),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.42%(n=9)。结论本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为盐酸异丙嗪片的含量测定方法 。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method to determine promethazine hydrochloride.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography method was used on C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of water（adjusted to pH2.25±0.05 by acetate）and methanol（51∶49）.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 4.05-40.50 μg/ml（Y=115.767X＋14.409,r=0.9998,n=7）,The average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 0.42%（n=9）.Conclusion The method has a good effect of separation,being accurate,reliable and applicable to determination of promethazine hydrochloride tablets.
