摘　　要：研究了烧结过程控制专家系统的多库结构知识库组织形式及系统的过程化推理与正向推理相结合的混合推理策略；提出了具有通用性的复杂过程多级目标推理机模型及有限广度优先搜索策略，实现了系统的实时高效推理．研究开发的知识库容量达近１０００条规则。In this paper, the knowledge base architecture of combining multi base is studied; universal multi goal inference engine model of complicated process is proposed, and hybrid inference strategy of procedure reasoning and forward reasoning is investigated; the limit width first search strategy is put forward, with the result that the system′s real time is realized. The software of expert system for controlling sintering process which includes about 1000 expert rules is successfully applied in off line control of sintering process in the sintering plant.
