摘　　要：对底部两层框架抗震墙上部四层砖房 １／２比例模型进行了拟动力地震反应试验；研究了地震作用下这种结构的动力反应和破坏机理；分析了试验模型的水平承载力和破坏状态；最后对这种结构的抗震性能进行了评价。The pseudo - dynamic earthquake response test of a 1/2 scale model brick masonry building with frame - shear wall at first two stories has been conducted. In this paper the dynamic response and the failure mechamism of the build- ing under earthquake action are studied. The horizontal bearing capacity and the damage degree of the test model are ana- lyzed. Finally, the seismic behavior of this structure is evaluated.
