肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗顽固性肩周炎的治疗效果。方法肩周炎患者208例,经抽签分组为治疗组(n=108)和对照组(n=100)。治疗组行肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,每7天1次,3次为1个疗程;对照组采用痛点注射结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,每7天1次,3次为1个疗程。结果治疗组的痊愈率和显效率分别为69%和25%,明显高于对照组的61%和20%(P<0.05)。结论肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎,疗效优于常规治疗方法,安全性高,无任何不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of suprascapular nerve blockade with sodium hyaluronate （SH） injection on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Supraseapular nerve blockade combined with SH injection into joint cavity was used in treatment group and the ache point injection with SH was given in control group. Patients were treated once a week for three weeks. Results The efficacy of treatment group was 69% （cured） and 25% （effectiveness）, which was significantly higher than that in control, group （61% and 20%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Suprascapular nerve blockade with SH injection in joint cavity is an effective therapy and a method in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
