摘 要:研究梳棉机刺辊与分梳板隔距大小问题,通过四组刺辊与分梳板隔距的对比试验,结合有关生产实践,就梳棉机刺辊与分梳板隔距大小的确定进行了讨论。认为加装分梳板总体上有利于生条质量的提高,但当工艺参数不当时,加装分梳板反而不利于生条质量的提高。分梳板隔距的大小应与梳棉机产量、刺辊速度、清棉开松质量等因素结合起来加以选择,分梳板隔距范围在0.3 mm^1.5 mm,一般应选择0.5 mm^1.5 mm之间为宜。对于传统A186型、FA201型等梳棉机建议以0.5 mm^1.5 mm为宜,高产梳棉机应以0.5 mm^1.0 mm为宜。Gauge between taker-in and combing plate on carding machine was studied. Gauge between taker-in and combing plate on carding machine was discussed by four groups contrast according to relative production practice. It is considered that carded sliver quality could be improved as a whole by installing combing plate. When processing parameter was set incorrectly, installing combing plate is no helpful to improve carded sliver quality. Combing plate gauge should be selected according to carding machine output,taker-in speed,picking quality et al factors. Range of combing plate gauge is 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm,generally the better selection should be 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. The gauge should be 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm for A186 carding machine and FA201 carding machine. The better gauge for new high output carding machine should be 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
