摘　　要：研制无梭织机废边纱循环利用装置。针对无梭织机在织物形成过程中产生一定量废边而被废弃掉的问题,设计了无梭织机废边纱循环利用装置。通过分析无梭织机废边纱循环利用装置的设计思路、结构及作用过程,经生产实践证明:此机构能很好地对废弃布边进行拆分,拆分所得废边纱可循环使用,同时可以对边纱张力进行自动调节,提高织机效率,改善坯布质量并节约生产成本。Waste selvage yarn recycling device on shuttleless loom was designed and manufactured according to the problems of waste selvage yarn produced in weaving fabric. Design thinking, structure and interaction process of waste selvage yarn recycling device on shuttleless loom were analyzed. Practice shows that waste selvage could be split very well by the device. Waste yar＇n got from waste selvage could be recycled. Tension of selvage yarn could be adjusted automatically,loom efficiency could be increased,gray goods quality could be improved and production cost could be saved.
