几种抗菌纤维抗菌性的测试与分析

摘　　要：采用琼脂平皿扩散法及振荡法对镀银纤维、抗菌涤纶纤维、盈甲壳100纯甲壳素纤维及黑竹炭纤维的抗菌性进行了定性和定量测试,分析了抗菌纤维的不同用量与抑菌率之间的关系。结果表明:抗菌纤维的抑菌率与抗菌纤维用量之间呈线性相关关系;利用不同的抗菌纤维开发抗菌织物,要达到抗菌性标准要求,其临界用量不同,镀银纤维、抗菌涤纶纤维、盈甲壳100纯甲壳素纤维及黑竹炭纤维的最低百分比含量分别应达到4.47%、10.32%、8.66%和24.17%。Agar plate diffusion method and oscillometry were adopted to test antibacterial properties of silver-plated fiber,antibacterial polyester fiber, 100 of pure profit crustacean chitin fiber and black bamboo-charcoal fiber qualitatively and quantificationally. The relationship between antibacterial fiber content and inhibitory rate was analyzed. The result shows that the relationship between antibacterial fiber content and inhibitory rate is linear correlation. Lowest content of silver-plated fiber,antibacterial polyester fiber, 100 of pure profit crustacean chitin fiber and black bamboo-charcoal fiber should be 4.47% ,10.32% ,8.66% and 24.17% according to fiber different critical content and antibacterial property demands.
