摘 要:探讨降低A级和B级偶发性纱疵的工艺措施。在不同短绒含量配棉、不同含糖量配棉、不同刺辊与锡林速比、不同并条后区牵伸工艺条件下纺制出了C14.5 tex纱,对其A级和B级偶发性纱疵进行了对比测试,并对清洁工作和梳理、牵伸元件工作状态对纱疵的影响进行了分析。指出:通过有效控制配棉的短绒含量和含糖量、优化梳棉刺辊与锡林速比、合理配置并条后区牵伸工艺及并条输出速度、强化清洁工作和梳理及牵伸元件工作状态的管理,能够达到有效控制成纱A级和B级纱疵的目的。Processing technology measures of reducing A grade and B grade accident faults were discussed. C 14.5 rex yarn was spun in different short fiber content cotton assorting,in different sugar content cotton assorting, in different speed ratio between taker-in and cylinder,in different drawing back zone draft processing,A grade and B grade accident faults were contrasted and tested. Effect of cleaning work and carding, draft component working state on yarn faults were J analyzed. It is pointed out that through control cotton assorting short fiber content and sugar content effectively, optimizing speed ratio between taker-in and cylinder, setting drawing back zone draft processing and output speed rationally, strengthening cleaning work, carding and draft component working state management, finally aims of control A grade faults and B grade faults could be reached.
