摘　　要：探讨降低FA221B型梳棉机落棉率的工艺措施。通过工艺调整，减少了刺辊第一除尘刀处落棉和盖板花，增加了刺辊第二除尘刀和锡林周围各清洁器处的落棉，使梳棉总落棉率由6．5％～7．0％下降到4．5％-5．0％，落棉含杂率明显提高，落棉中有效纤维的含量也有所减少，实现了节约原棉，降低纺纱成本，稳定成纱质量的效果。Processing measures of reducing FA221B carding machine waste percentage were discussed. Through processing adjustment,taker-in first mote knife noil and flat strips could be reduced, noil of taker-in second mote knife and cotton web cleaners around cylinder could be increased, total waste percentage in carding machine could be ,reduced from 6.5% -7.0% to 4.5% -5.0% , impurity in noil could be increased obviously, effective fiber content in noil could be reduced,effect of saving raw cotton, reducing spinning cost and stabling finish yarn quality could be realized.
