摘　　要：探讨WRC-975型精梳不处理分离胶辊的使用性能。介绍了WRC-975型精梳不处理分离胶辊的性能特点,在立达E7/5型精梳机上与原配进口及其他国产分离胶辊进行了纺纱对比试验,结果表明:用该胶辊替代原配进口胶辊能够满足精梳成纱质量要求,使用性能良好,具有较高的性价比,可达到降低机物料消耗、提高产品质量的目的。Application property of WRC-975 combed untreated detaching roller was discussed. Property of WRC- 975 combed untreated detaching roller was introduced. Spinning contrast tests were carried out through adopting original imported detaching roller and domestic detaching roller on Rieter E7/5 comber. The result shows that combed yarn quality demands could be reached by using domestic detaching roller. The roller application property is better, performance price ratio is higher, aims of reducing material consumption and increasing product quality could be reached.
