摘　　要：探讨Modal 11.8 tex纱的生产工艺。根据Modal纤维的性能特点,通过严格选用原料,采用多批号,按排队法进行配棉,防止色差;各工序合理配置工艺参数,并严格控制温湿度,保证粗纱在细纱处于放湿状态,络筒保持较高的相对湿度;正确调整细纱V型牵伸后区隔距以及缩短钢丝圈调换周期,较好地解决了后区牵伸力过大和短绒、棉结增多等问题,结果使Modal 11.8 tex纱顺利生产,质量较好地满足了使用需求,获得了良好的经济效益。Production processing of Modal 11.8 tex yarn was discussed. According to property of Modal fiber,cotton assorting was done according to batches and queues, color difference should be prevented, parameter in each process should be set rationally ,temperature and humidity should be controlled strictly to ensure roving release moisture, higher relative humidity should be kept in winding. Gauge in spinning V draft back zone should be adjusted correctly and change period of ring traveler should be shortened,problems of larger draft in back zone,short fiber content and neps increase et al should be resolved, finally Modal 11.8 tex yarn could be produced successfully, yarn quality could reach customer demands and better economic benefit could be realized.
