摘　　要：城市建筑环境与居民身体活动和健康关系是当今运动健康促进研究的新领域。通过分析城市建筑环境对居民身体活动与健康的影响,建立城市建筑环境影响居民身体活动与健康的研究模型。结果显示:1)城市建筑环境可引起居民身体活动不足进而影响健康,影响身体活动的城市建筑环境因素主要有街道网格布局、风景园林、健身康乐设施和土地规划使用以及环境安全性等;2)目前,研究城市建筑环境对身体活动与健康影响主要有概念、综合和数据等3种模型;3)在我国城市化高速发展进程中,应重视城市建筑环境与运动健康促进问题的研究。The relationship among urban architectural environment,physical activity and health is a new field of sports health promotion research nowadays.This paper,through studying the factors influencing physical activity under the background of urban architectural environment and physical activity and health,analyzed the research model of environment impacting physical activity and health.The result showed that 1） urban architectural environment could caused inadequate physical activity,and even affected health.The factors affecting physical activity are grid layout of street,landscape architecture,fitness and recreation facilities,land-use planning and environmental safety,et al.2） The research on urban architectural environment influencing physical activities is mainly three models as conceptual models,comprehensive models and data models.3） During the period of high-speed urbanization development in China,we should pay attention to study the problem about urban architectural environment and sports health-promotion in order to avoid the public health crisis in the city sprawl.
