中国大学生篮球联赛产权与利益关系辨析——基于股份制特点的CUBA联赛企业模式设计构想

摘　　要：在我国体育产业快速发展的大背景下,CUBA联赛这块极具经济效益的大"蛋糕"未来前景广阔。其社会化、产业化运作模式的性质,注定了它必然以追求盈利为主要目标。而解决CUBA联赛因产权不明晰所导致的责、权、利矛盾,在当前就显得非常突出。通过对CUBA联赛的组成架构——教育部门、社团组织、企业部门、大学生运动员、体育部门的职能与产权的分析,尝试设计基于股份制特点的CUBA联赛企业模式,分析了出资人(股东)出资方式、股份占比和股东职能,并提出该模式具有可操作性的运行思路及构建原则。The rapid development of the sports industry provides a more promising future for CUBA Basketball League-a ＂big cake＂ with great economic benefit.Its operation mode characterized by industrialization and socialization makes it profit-making.Therefore,it has become necessary and urgent to solve the contradiction of responsibility,power,and interest resulting from the unclear property rights.This paper analyzes the function of the league organization（educational institutions,associations and communities,departments of enterprise,college basketball players,and sports departments） and the property right.In so doing,it attempts to design a joint-stock league enterprise mode.Meanwhile,it analyzes the investors＇（stockholders＇） funding methods,share-ratio and stockholders＇ functions.It also proposes the suggestions for the mode＇s operation and its construction principle.
