呼吸功能锻炼对食管癌手术后肺部并发症的观察

摘　　要：目的:肺部并发症是食管癌术后严重的并发症之一,它严重影响了手术治疗效果,我们通过加强患者的呼吸功能锻炼,提高患者的肺功能,减少食管癌术后肺部并发症的发生。方法:对70例拟行食管癌三野根治术的患者,从入院一开始到术前1天进行呼吸功能锻炼,及术后协助有效咳嗽咳痰,观察锻炼前后肺部功能变化及术后肺部并发症的发生状况。结果:两组病人,训练组病人锻炼后肺部功能明显改善,肺部并发症明显减少。结论:综合呼吸功能训练能改善患者肺部功能,降低术后肺部并发症的发生,而且操作简单易行,患者容易坚持,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：The complicated disease of lung is one of the serious complicated diseases for the paitients after esophageal cancer operation.It has a strong impact on the result of the operation.We wanted the paitients to do some resptratory training to increase the pulmonary function and to decrease the complicated diseases after esophageal cancer operation.Methods：Seventy cases of patients who received three- field radical operation of esophageal caner, were doing respiratory mining during the peiod from the day of admission to the day before the operation,and were given the aid of cough expectoration after the operation,in order to observe the changes of lung function after the operation and the situation of complicated diseases of the lung after the operation.Results：The paitients were divided into two group.We find that lung＇ s function of the patients in the group who received respiratory training has been improved obviously, and complicated diseases has been decreased obviously.Conclusion：The respiratory training can improve the paitiens＇ lung function and decrease the complicated diseases.And it is very easy to operate,is not hard to persist for the patients.and there are quite good clinical value for application.
