不同年龄变应性鼻炎患者生活质量对比研究

摘　　要：目的:评估变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)对不同年龄患者生活质量的影响及差异。方法:用鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire,RQLQ)评价患者的生活质量,并进行统计学分析。结果:RQLQ量表提示,成人、青少年和儿童患者生活质量最受影响的方面是鼻部症状[(2.72±1.68);(4.03±1.81);(3.04±5.80)],成人和青少年患者生活质量评分最高的项目是喷嚏[(3.27±1;49);(4.27±1.65)],而儿童患者是鼻塞(3.66±10.54)。成人、青少年和儿童患者评分最高的非鼻眼症状分别为工作效率下降、不能很好的学习工作和注意力难以集中[(1.92±1.59),(3.75±1.93);(1.91±1.47)],评分最高的行为问题分别为活动、需反复吸鼻和需揉鼻或眼[(2.54±1.52);(3.88±1.87);(2.13±1.42)],评分最高的情感反应项目分别是无耐心或烦躁、无法安静和易怒[(2.22±1.46);(2.21±1.57);(1.31±1.42)]。结论:变应性鼻炎对患者生活质量各方面都有影响,且不同年龄患者间存在差异。Objective：To evaluate quality of life in adult,adolescent and child patients with allergic rhinitis.and to evaluate the difference among them.Methods：Rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire （RQLQ） was used to assess quality of life,and statistics analysis was carded out among them.Results：According to RQLQ,nasal symptoms aspect was the most affected aspect of quality of life for adult.adolescent and child patiants[（2.72±1.68）;（4.03±1.81）;（3.04±5.80）],the score of sneezing was the highest for adult and adolescent patients[（3.27±1.49）;（4.27±1.65）],while the score of nasal blockage was the highest for child patients（3.66±10.54）.The score of get less accomplished was the highest of non-hay-fever symptoms for adult patients（1.92±1.59）,the score of unable to do your work （school work） as well as usual was the highest of non-hay-fever symptoms for adolescent patients（3.75±1.93）,the score of can＇t concentrate was the highest of non-hay-fever symptoms for child patients（1.91±1.47）.The score of daily activity was the highest of practical problems for adult patients（2.54±1.52）,the score of need to blow nose repeatedly was the highest of practical problems for adolescent patients（3.88±1.87）,the score of need to rub eyes/nose was the highest of practical problems for child patients（2.13±1.42）.The score of impatient was the highest of emotions for adult patients（2.22± 1.46）,the score of restless was the highest of emotions for adolescent patients（2.21±1.57）,the score of irritable was the highest of emotions for child patients（1.31 ±1.42）.Conclusion：Allergic rhinitis had impact on many aspects of quality of life of patients, and there were differences among adult, adolescent and child patients.
