常规心电图对心肌缺血的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨常规心电图对冠状动脉病变的诊断价值。方法:对比分析怀柔区第一医院2003年1月～2009年11月住院行冠状动脉造影患者的冠状动脉造影的结果与常规心电图结果。结果:259例患者中,冠状动脉造影者为阳性者132例(50.97%)。在心电图阳性162例中冠状动脉造影阳性97例(59.88%),在心电图阴性的97例中也有冠状动脉造影阳性35例(36.08%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:常规心电图ST-T改变并非冠心病所特有,常规心电图对冠心病的诊断价值有限。Objective：To investigate the Diagnosis value of conventional electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease.Methods： Comparing the results of conventional electrocardiogram（ECG） to coronary angiography of 259 patients underwent coronary angiography in The First Hospital of Huairou District from January,2003 to November,2006.Results：In the 259 cases,the results of the coronary angiography of 132 cases（50.97%）were positive. In the 162 patients with positive ECG,the results of the coronary angiography of 132 cases （59.88%） were positive,and in the 97 patients with negative coronary angiography,35 cases（36.08%）of the results of coronary angiography were positive,there are significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusions：ECG ST-T change is not unique to coronary heart disease,the Diagnosis value of conventional ECG for coronary heart disease is limited.
