产时相关因素对新生儿血糖的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨产时相关因素对新生儿血糖的影响。方法:对127例血糖异常患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,包括95例低血糖和32例高血糖患儿。结果:血糖异常产时因素主要为早产,禁食,宫内窘迫和母亲糖尿病史;两组相关因素比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:产前全面检查,产中规范操作,产后对症治疗,对于减少各种相关因素,改善和降低新生儿血糖异常是很有意义的。Objective：To explore the influence of related factors of delivery on blood sugar of new-born.Methods： 127 cases of new- born patients with abnormal blood sugar, including 95 cases of high blood sugar and 32 cases of low blood sugar.Results：The related factors of delivery for abnormal blood sugar mainly was premature birth,fasting,fetal distress and glycuresis history of mother, two groups compared showing significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive detection before delivery, standard operation in delivery and targeted treatment after delivery, are meaningful for reducing related factors and correcting abnormal blood sugar.
