摘　　要：目的:应用超声显像剂提高胃肠道超声图像清晰度,探讨超声对比显像诊断胃占位病变的价值。方法:345例上腹部不适的患者,口服500ml声学造影剂,探头沿贲门、胃底、胃体、胃窦部作连续多切面扫查,必要时扫查邻近器官和周围淋巴结。结果:检出胃癌溃疡型5例,肿块型9例,局灶型7例,弥漫型3例。其中1例胃周可见肿大淋巴结,1例伴有腹水。结论:超声在检查胃肠疾病方面虽有其局限性,但作为一种辅助手段仍有一定的临床应用价值。Objective：Ultrasound imaging agent to improve clarity of gastrointestinal ultrasound images, ultrasound contrast imaging in the diagnosis of gastric space-occupying lesions.Methods：345 cases of patients with upper abdominal discomfort,500 ml of oral contrast agent, the probe along the let door, fundus, gastric body and antrum for continuous multi-scanning, if necessary, scanning the surrounding organs and lymph nodes near.Results：Detected in 5 cases of gastric ulcer type,mass in 9 eases,7 cases of focal type and diffuse type in 3 cases, Week can be seen in 1 case of gastric lymph nodes, one case of ascites.Conclusion：Ultrasound examination of gastrointestinal disease has its limitations, but as an aid to clinical application is certain value,
