摘 要:目的:研究精制六味安消胶囊促胃肠运动的药效作用。方法:通过炭末推进实验法,观察精制六味安消胶囊对正常小鼠小肠的推进作用;通过硫酸阿托品建立抑制胃排空和小肠推进的小鼠模型,观察精制六味胶囊对此模型小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的作用;通过复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,观察精制六味安消胶囊对便秘模型小鼠的通便作用。结果:精制六味安消胶囊1.8g/kg和3.6g/kg剂量组均能明显增加正常小鼠小肠推进的作用,与对照组比较差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);精制六味安消胶囊1.8g/kg和3.6g/kg剂量组均能明显对抗硫酸阿托品致小鼠胃内残留物的作用,使残留率明显减少,与模型组比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),精制六味安消胶囊给药组均能明显对抗硫酸阿托品抑制小鼠小肠推进的作用,使小肠推进明显增加,与模型组比较差异具有显著性和非常显著性意义(P<0.05和P<0.01);精制六味安消胶囊1.8g/kg和3.6g/kg剂量组均能明显减少复方地芬诺酯致便秘小鼠通便时间的作用,与模型组比较差异具有显著性和非常显著性意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:精制六味安消胶囊具有促进小鼠胃肠运动的作用。Objective:To observe the pharmacological effect of Refined Liuweianxiao Capsule(RLC) on improving the gastrointestinal motility.Methods:After mice were administered with gastric infusion of RLC,the propulsive motility of small intestine was evaluated by the propulsive motility of charcoal powder test:A model of the inhibition of gastric emptying time and propulsion degree of small intestine by atropine sulfate m mouse was established and the effect of RLC on gastric emptying time and propulsion degree of small intestine was observed, A model of the constipation by diphenoxylate m mouse was established and the effect of RLC on the defecation was observed. Results:The amount of RLC in the dose groups of 1.8g/kg and 3.6g/kg could remarkably increase the propulsive motility of small intestine in normal mice and there was very significant difference(P〈0.01)compared with controlled groups;The amount of RLC in the dose groups of 1.8g/kg and 3.6g/kg could remarkably counteract the effect of atropine sulfate on gastric residue and decrease the gastric residue and there was significant difference(P〈0.05)compared with model groups;The amount of RLC in the dose groups of 1.8g/kg and 3.6g/kg could remarkably decrease the purgation time in the constipation model caused by Diphenoxylate;and there was significant difference(P〈0.05) and very significant difference(P〈0.01)compared with model groups.Conelusion:RLC could increase the gastrointestinal movement.
