重型动脉瘤术后亚低温治疗的监护

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用亚低温治疗重型动脉瘤病人的治疗效果和监护技术。方法:采用连续入组的方法,对我科自2004～2006年收治的58例重型动脉瘤破裂蛛网膜下腔出血患者手术后除行常规治疗外给予亚低温治疗和亚低温护理,记录治疗前、后患者的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)。结果:亚低温治疗前患者的GCS评分为C治疗后为7～15分,经t检验两者差异存在显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面掌握亚低温治疗的方法及临床观察与护理要点,有助于提高恢复率,提高患者的生存生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect and monitoring technique of mild hypothermia on severe subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH） patients with ruptured aneurysms.Methods：58 successive severe aneurismal SAH patients in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were treated with routine treatment and mild hypothermia.The GCS scores of before and after mild hypothermia were recorded.Results：The GCS scores of before mild hypothermia were 3-8.The GCS scores of after mild hypothermia were 7-15.There was a significant difference in that of before and after mild hypothermia.Conclusion：Overall mastering of subhypothermic therapy and clinical observation and nursing main points can help to increase the good recovery rate and promote patients＇ survival.
