摘　　要：目的:探讨突发事件中批量颅脑外伤患者的治疗原则及流程。方法:对突发事件150名颅脑外伤患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:我院突发事件颅脑损伤的150例患者大部分得到有效的救治,其中手术患者18例,4例患者因病情较重死亡。结论:建立医院成批伤员救治模式有利于伤员有效救治,建立模式的关键是:建立绿色通道;及时评估伤情等级;明确职责;多科协作。Objective：To study the principle and progress of treatment of the batch brain injury patients in abrupt momentous injury accident.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed the treatment procedures of the 150 brain injury patients in abrupt momentous accident in our hospital.Results：Most of The brain injury patients were treated with good results,18 cases with eraniocerebral operations,4 cases died of heavy injured.Conclusion：It is important to establish an admission model of batch brain injruy in hospital.To do these,there are four basic elements need our attention：set up an unobstacle admission procedure;timely evaluation to the patients condition;identify staffs responsibility;organize human resource more effectively.
