正心泰胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察正心泰胶囊治疗气虚血瘀或兼肾虚型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:424例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组321例口服正心泰胶囊,对照组103例口服冠心丸,服药28天后进行疗效观察;结果:治疗组总有效率为91.59%,对照组总有效率为84.47%,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:正心泰胶囊治疗气虚血瘀或兼肾虚型冠心病心绞痛有较好的临床疗效,无明显不良反应。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Zhengxintai capsule in the treatment of Qi deficiency ＆ blood stasis and kidney deficiency type of coronary heart disease angina pectorislMethods：424 cases were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n=321）and control group（n=103）. On the basis of conventional treatment, cases of the treatment group were given Zhengxintai capsules, cases of the control group were given Guanxin pills. Effect of wto drugs were observed after 28 days.Results：The total effective rate was 91.59% in treatment group, the total effective rate was 84.47% in control group. The difference of two groups in effect was significant （P〈0.05）. capsule has better clinical efficacy in treatment of Qi deficiency ＆ blood stasis or/and kidney deficiency type of coronary heart disease, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.
