不同剂量复方聚乙二醇4000口服粉的肠道清洁效果比较

摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量复方聚乙二醇4000口服粉(福静清)的肠道清洁效果。方法:100例结肠镜检查患者,随机分为A、B两组,各50例。分别服用1袋、2袋福静清做肠道准备,观察其肠道清洁程度及与排便情况的关系。结果:A组肠道清洁总满意率76.0%,B组肠道清洁总满意率92.0%。A组中腹泻者肠道清洁总满意率达87.5%。结论:复方聚乙二醇4000 口服粉肠道清洁效果与剂量相关;小剂量复方聚乙二醇4000服粉对绝大多数腹泻者肠道清洁效果满意。Objective： To observe the effect on different dosage Fortrans in Bowel Clining. Methods：A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into the group A with sinai dosage Fortrans（50 patients） and the group B with routine dosage Fortrans（50 patients） before colonoscopy. To observe the effect of Bowel Clining, the relation of Bowel Clining and defecate.Results：The total satisfactory rate of group A is 76.0%,the group B＇ is 92.0%, the total satisfactory rate of Bowel Clining with scour in group A is 87.5%.Conclusions：The effect on Bowel Clining of Fortrans is interrelated with the dosage, Sinai dosage Fortrans are better for the overwhelming patients with scour.
