摘 要:目的:探讨自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠肾脏功能与ET-1和TGF-β_1的关系。方法:采用SHR大鼠和Wistar大鼠,每周用无创套尾法测量清醒状态下SHR大鼠和Wistar大鼠的收缩压、舒张压和心律。第8周和12周后收集尿液和取血,测定尿微量白蛋白、微量蛋白/肌酐、尿NAG和肌酐含量,用ELISA法分别测定大鼠血清中ET-1和TGF-β_1含量。结果:两组血清ET-1和TGF-β_1含量具有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组尿微量白蛋白、微量蛋白/肌酐、尿NAG和肌酐含量具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:SHR大鼠血压增高与血清中ET-1和TGF-β_1浓度有关;尿微量白蛋白、微量蛋白/肌酐、尿NAG和肌酐含量的增高可能是引起高血压早期肾脏功能损害的重要因素。Objective: To investigated the spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) rats renal function relation with ET-1 and TGF-β1. Methods:SHR rats and Wistar rats, each week used non-invasive slip tail to measure systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of awake SHR rats and Wistar rats. After the first 8 weeks and 12 weeks conected urine and blood, measured urine albumin, trace protein/creatinine, urine NAG, and creatinine concentration. By ELISA measured ET-I and TGF-β1 levels in serum. Results:ET-I and TGF-β1 levels in seram were significant differences (P〈0.01); two groups of urinary albumin, trace protein/creafinine, urine NAG, and ereatinine levels were significant differences (P〈0.01). Conclusions: SHR rat blood pressure up and related with serum ET-1 and TGF-β1 concentration; It was an important factor of hypertensive early renal dysftmcfion may be caused by urinary albumin, trace protein/creatinine, urinary NAG and creatinine levels up.
