严重眼外伤患者治疗过程中的心理护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨严重眼外伤、眼球摘除、眼苔植入患者的心理护理在眼科整体护理中的作用。方法:对121例严重眼外伤、眼球摘除、眼苔植入患者的心理变化进行分析并实行的积极有效的心理护理。结果:121例严重眼外伤、眼球摘除和眼苔植入患者经术前、术中、术后的心理护理及整体护理措施的实施,无任何并发症发生,得到了较好的康复。回访0.5～1年,121例患者均未出现并发症。结论:心理护理在眼科整体护理中体现出积极的作用,有助于患者的康复。Objective： The study focus on the role of psychological care for the patients with severe ocular trauma, enucleation and eyes with implanted moss. Methods：sychological changes of 121 patients with severe ocular trauma, enucleation and eyes with implanted moss were noted and analyzed.All the parents were given active and effective psychological care.Results：PThe 121 patients with severe ocular trauma, enucleation and eyes with implanted moss recovered well and had no complicating disease after given psychological care before, during and after surgery. The returned visit in a half to one year showed that the parents had no complicating diseases. Conclusions：Psychological care plays a positive role in the treatment of patients with severe ocular trauma, enucleation and eyes with implanted moss.
