摘　　要：目的:建立测定妇月康胶囊中甘草酸铵含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Alltimatm C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μ m)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.017mol/L磷酸(35:65),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长250nm。结果:在15.2～76.1 μ g/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=0.1287X+0.2025(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为97.95%(n=6)。结论:本法具有供试品前处理简单,稳定性及重现性好,适用于妇月康胶囊中甘草酸铵的含量测定。Objective：Determine the content of ammonium glycyrrhetate in fuyuekang Capsule by establishing High Performance Liquid Chromatography.Methods：Use an Extend C18 column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）, methyl cyanide-0.017mol/L phosphoric acid（35：65） as mobile phase. The flow rate is 1.0ml/min while the detection wavelength is 250nm. Results：Linear relationship between the concentration of 15.2-76.1μg/ ml is great and the regression equation turns out to be Y=0.1287X＋0.2025 （r=0.9998）. The average percent recovery equals to 97.95%（n=6）. Conclusions： The method is not only simple in sample preparation,but also reproducible and stabilization. In addition it can be used to determine the content of glycyrrhetate in fuyuekang Capsule by establishing High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
