一株产淀粉酶、蛋白酶益生芽孢杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：本试验根据芽孢杆菌生理特点,采取稀释平板法从健康日本鹌鹑(Coturnix japonica)盲肠内容物中分离获得一株芽孢杆菌P-12,结合细菌生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA测序和系统发育树对其进行分析。研究表明,该菌种为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),其16S rDNA GeneBank登录号为GU269268,具有产蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性。According to the biological qualification of Bacillus ,a strain P-12 was isolated from cecal contents of the healthy Japanese Quail（Coturnix japonica） using the pour plate method.Biochemical properties and chemotaxonomy,culrural characteristics, morphology ,physiological of strain P-12 were studied.The results showed that phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence demonstrated that it was closely related to the genus Bacillus cereus.The accession num- bers of its 16S rDNA sequence in GeneBank is GU269268.The bacterium had protease and amylase activity,and could be used as Probiotics.
