摘　　要：主要采用案例分析法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法,从美国反垄断法法定劳工豁免与非法定劳工豁免的研究出发,通过详细的案例分析就美国职业体育的反垄断法非法定劳工豁免的适用条件、豁免的期限进行了系统的研究,并就美国职业体育领域反垄断非法定劳工豁免的不确定性进行了深入的分析,旨在通过对美国职业体育反垄断劳工豁免制度的研究为我国《反垄断法》对我国职业体育的调整提供有价值的参考。This paper,employing methods of case analysis,comparative analysis and logic analysis,discusses statutory labor exemption and non-statutory labor exemption from U.S.antitrust laws.Through detailed case studies,the application of labor exemption,expiration of the non-statutory labor exemption in professional sport and uncertainties of non-statutory labor exemption in the context of American professional sports are analyzed.The purpose is to provide a reference for Chinese Antimonopoly Act to adjust Chinese professional sports.
