摘  要:研究了高速纺丝油剂用聚醚的合成方法:EO/PO无规聚醚的分子量不同,其粘度、表面张力、摩擦系数等均不相同,综合分析认为聚醚最合适的分子量应为3000左右;聚醚的分子量分布与油剂的稳定性关系密切,分子量分布应越小越好。EO/PO值会影响聚醚的粘度、凝点、溶解性等性能,综合考虑各种性能,其比值以3为宜。此外,使用自制的聚醚作为主要平滑剂调配出锦纶6帘子线油剂,工业使用实验取得了满意的效果。The synthesis of polyether for h igh-speed spinning finish was studied.The viscosity,surface tension and friction cofficient varied with the different of the molecular weight of EO/PO atactic polyether,which is appropriate in 3000 around.The molecular weight distributing of polyether was related tight with the stability of spin-finishes,and the polyether with little distributing will make the better stability of the finishes.The value of EO/PO will affect the viscosity, solidifying point and dissolution of the polyether,which is appropriate in 3 around.Moreover,PA6 tire cord spin-finishes were prepared using homemade polyether as main smoothness additive,whose effect of industry application test is satisfactory.
