摘　　要：常州银苑大厦桩基工程采用静压桩工艺，无噪声，无污染，施工中根据地质状况，选用ＹＺＹ静压压桩机等设备，根据试桩结果确定了单桩承载力设计值，并制定了合理的入桩线路及接桩方法。The static pressure precast pile technology has been adopted in pile foundation work of the Yinyuan Mansion,a Changzhou city project.This construction technology has the merit of noiselessness and non-pollution.During construction,the YZY static pressure pile-sinking machine etc.have been selectively adopted according to their respective geological conditions.Test pile practice has shown pile's bearing capacity,determined proper procedure of pile-sinking and provided method of pile extension.
