中医中药治疗三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医中药治疗三叉神经痛的有效性。方法:采用随机对照研究,均为首次诊断为三叉神经痛的患者,随机分为中医中药组60例,卡马西平组60例。结果:中医中药组临床疗效总有效率与卡马西平组比较无统计学差异。患病时间两组有明显差异。结论:中医中药治疗三叉神经痛疗效好,安全性高。Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： A randomized controlled study were first diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, 60 cases, carbamazepine group, 60 cases. Results： Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine, the total effective rate compared with the carbamazepine group no statistical difference. Sick time, there are significant differences in the two groups. Conclusion： The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is good, high security.
