摘　　要：针对不锈钢烘筒采用S形封头在无标准设计的情况下,分别采用分析计算的方法和试验的手段对预定结构S形封头不锈钢烘筒应力分布状况进行分析。综合分析结果,评价预定结构的设计正确性。对预定结构作爆破试验,根据实际失效破坏形式,评价其安全可靠性、在此基础上,给出S形封头基本结构模型,为S形封头纳入相关标准提供技术依据。Based on the absence of standard design in S-shaped head stainless steel drying drum, the paper adopted the methods of calculating and testing to analyze the state of stress distribution of the drying drum with scheduled structure. The analysis results evaluated the correctness of the scheduled structure. According to the actual failure form by explosion test, the paper also evaluated its safety and reliability. On this basis, a basic structure model of S- shaped head was acquired, and it provided technical support for bringing the S-shaped head into the related standards.
