摘 要:为了定量描述和评价本地番鸭体重生长资源特征,对116只番鸭进行了21周的饲养和观测;利用5种生长函数Gompertz、Logistic、Von Bertalanffy、Richards和Brody,拟合了番鸭体重生长的非线性固定和混合效应模型;比较了不同群体5种非线性固定和混合效应模型估计成熟体重的准确度和误差方差。Gompertz非线性固定效应模型适合于评价群体番鸭体重生长资源特征,Gompertz非线性混合效应模型适合于评价群体和个体番鸭体重生长资源特征。这为评价番鸭生长特点、利用番鸭种质资源及生产中的饲养管理提供有价值的参考依据。In order to describe and evaluate the characteristic of growth resources for body weight of native Muscovy, 116 native Muscovy ducks were fed and observed for 21 weeks, the nonlinear fixed and mixed effect models of the five growth functions, Gompertz, Logistic, Von Bertalanffy, Richards, and Brody were fitted to data of body weight of native Muscovy, and accuracies of mature weights and error variances with the different growth models were compared. Among the nonlinear models, Gompertz nonlinear,fixed effect model is for evaluating growth resources of body weight of group of native Muscovy, and Gompertz nonlinear mixed effect model is for evaluating growth resources of body weight of group and individual of native Muscovy. These results can provide valuable reference to evaluating the growth characteristic of body weight, utilizing their germplasm resources, and rearing management of native Muscovy.
