异常分娩的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨本院孕产妇异常分娩的发病率,与相关相关危险因素的关系。方法回顾性统计分析本院近4年来异常分娩的发病率及其相关危险因素。结果①本院孕产妇发生异常分娩的发病率达18.19%;②25～30岁年龄段发生异常分娩发病率与其他年龄段相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);③胎重、异常分娩家族史、常见妊娠并发症、孕期坚持锻炼、孕期保健咨询、合理搭配饮食等因素影响异常分娩发病率。结论异常分娩发病率与孕产妇年龄、胎重、异常分娩家族史、常见妊娠并发症、孕期坚持锻炼、孕期保健咨询、合理搭配饮食等因素密切相关。Objective To explore the rate of abnormal labor and the relation between the abnormal labor and risk factors. Methods Collect and analysis the information and the risk factors of 528 patients suffered from abnormal labor pregnant woman. Results ①The rate of abnormal labor was 18. 19% ; ②There are significant difference of the abnormal labor rate between the patients of age from 25 to 30 and the patients of the other age（ P〈0. 05） ; ③The rate of abnormal labor was correlated to the weight of fetus,the history of family,syndrome of gestation,exercise,health care,and so on. Conclusion The rate of abnormal labor was correlated to the age,weight of fetus,the history of family,syndrome of gestation,exercise,health care,and so on.
