摘　　要：目的应用阴道超声监测卵泡发育治疗不孕症。方法对38例不孕妇女利用阴道B超监测卵泡并指导性生活。结果监测142个周期临床证实已受孕12例,受孕率为31.57%(12/38)。结论阴道超声可作为监测卵泡发育的重要手段。Objective Transvaginal ultrasound to monitor follicular development treatment of infertility. Methods 38 infertile women using transvaginal follicular B-monitoring and guiding life. Results Monitoring of 142 cycles have been clinically proven 12 cases of pregnancy,pregnancy rate was 31. 57 percent. Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound is an important means to monitor follicular development.
