摘　　要：目的探讨自体骨髓血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病远端流出道狭窄围手术期的护理方法与疗效。方法在首先做好患者心理护理的基础上,做好自体骨髓血干细胞采集及干细胞移植术的全程护理,严密监测患者手术前后及手术过程中的病情变化,采取积极有效措施,预防并发症的发生。结果本组病例在自体干细胞移植治疗术前,术后及手术过程中未发现任何并发症及不良反应。术后观察所有患肢麻木、冷凉、疼痛均有不同程度缓解,行走间距延长,间歇性跛行好转,溃疡愈合,坏疽好转,截肢率下降,踝肱动脉指数(ABI)改善,取得满意临床效果。结论自体骨髓血干细胞移植治疗远端流出道狭窄的糖尿病下肢血管病变,方法简便,不发生免疫反应,安全,有效。围手术期的全程规范化护理为移植成功提供了可靠的保证。Objective To explore the perioperative care nursing and the efficacy of transplantation of autologus marrow blood stem cells on the distal outflow tract obstruction in diabetes. Methods On the base of the patient’s psychological nursing,had a good job of autologus marrow blood stem cells collection and transplantation of whole care,observed the change of the condition of the patient,and taden effective measures to prevent the complications. Results The group was not aware of any adverse reactions and complications in the period of the treatment of autologus marrow blood stem cells transplantation. Postoperative observations of all branches suffering from numbness and cold had varing degrees of ease the pain,walking distance to extend the intermittent claudication,improved ulcer healing,gangrene turn for the better,amputation decline,ABI improved to achieve a satisfactory clinical results. Conclusion The curative method of autologus marrow blood stem cells transplantation for diabetes with distal outflow tract obstruction limbs is safe,effective and convient,without immune response. Perioperative care of the whole for the success of transplantation provides a reliable guarantee.
