综合护理在预防抽取鼻腔填塞物时发生晕厥临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的采用系统的综合护理干预,证实降低鼻窦炎术后抽取鼻腔填塞物时晕厥的发生率,并能缓解患者痛苦,减少出血量。方法采用偱证护理的方法 ,制定出一套针对鼻窦炎术后患者的综合护理方案,术后给予不同的护理干预,对患者晕厥发生率、疼痛程度、出血量进行对比。结果采用综合护理方案,患者晕厥发生率、主观疼痛感觉、出血量较常规护理明显降低和减轻。结论采用系统的综合护理方案,能提前做好防范措施,会明显降低晕厥的发生率。Objective To confirm use the systemtic comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively reduce the incidence of syncope of postoperative sinusitis patients when draw-off the nasal packing materials, ease the suffering and reduce the amount of bleeding of patients. Methods Adoption the method of evidence based nursing,to develop a set of comprehensive care measure for patients with sinusitis after the opereation,given different nursing interventions,then compare the incidence of syncope,when draw-off the nasal packing materials,feeling of pain,bleeding volume. Results Compared with conventional care measures,the comprehensive care nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of syncope of postoperative patients,when drawoff the nasal packing materials,feeling of pain,amount of bleeding. Conclusion To adopt the systemtic comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of syncope for postoperative patients when draw-off the nasal packing materials.
