摘　　要：对东北地区住宅小区的规划设计，城市景观等方面的设计要点进行归纳总结，阐述该地区居住小区如何营造良好的外部环境，创造更加宜人的生存空间．论述气候的影响以及设计小品在一年四季中的应用．The paper summarizes the points of design view of residence planning and city landscape of northeastern residence district,expounds how to make suitable external environment and create more enjoyable living space,and especially discusses the influence of climate and the use of design products in four seasons.
